You don't build using resources, you build using the Grasscutter src
But yes, there are resources available
There are also protos for using to build, though whether they are complete enough to build + login with is debatable
Also just to clarify the above, the src is the same for 3.4 and 3.5 - the difference is what protos are used to build it.
The resources are a separate folder used to run the server

You would need some level of understanding of protobufs and packets to fix any issues with the existing protos, build them, resolve issues/conflicts/obfuscations, then build again until you are able to get in
Or you can look in #resources and use what is being provided there
