Ok so i downloaded the resources and when i open the game it loads to 100% and screen goes white and gives time out error

No idea for shadowrocket. It sounds like a version issue still, between your server and the game

The server doesn’t have a game server. You are supposed to click on the download full resources icon on the door screen
