account create command: account create <username> [<UID>]
• replace <username> with the username you wish to use to log in with
• replace [<UID>] with the UID you wish to set for yourself, optional field (can be left blank, which will default to starting from 10001)

i.e.:

account create balls will create an account with username balls to login and with an in-game UID 10001
account create ballsenjoyer69 69420 will create an account with username ballsenjoyer69 to login and with an in-game UID 69420

leave the password field blank
