I ran it as an administrator on the clip

You should have installed Cultivation from the .msi instead of using the zip

#

Also if you uninstalled webview2 at any point, it is required to run cultivation

The thing is, I didn't install it.

And it all worked.

If it worked then you had webview2

Still, you should be using Cultivation from the .msi installer, not the zip
