When using akebi and 3dmigoto I have to set the path to the genshin exe and path so would I be safe launching the official game or would it be injected into the exe and if so do i need to do something to remove it?

Are you running the injector when you play on official? If no, then yes you're find there won't be any mods
Injector only injects if you run the injector
