I do use some banners.json in here and also using grasscutter tool to help me playing with it. Anything i do nothing change ingame. I do notice in cmd log that it load from banners.tsj by opening it up i see banner list base on version? Further checking it do match the one i get ingame. Maybe im missing something, hope some1 can help me with this.

It's not necessary to recompile it. Where you grasscutter.jar is, there should be "data" folder, place your banners.json/tsj there and restart the server
