Is there a list with dungeon ids?

You can walk up to the doors and enter them normally for most I believe, and the GM Handbook has the scene list (although slightly different from dungeon ids). If you specifically wanted to use /dungeon the ids for that are in DungeonExcelConfigData.json

thanks for getting back to me! since some domains are locked behind archon quests, i was curious if there was a way to access them directly
