while, we're on the topic of cultivation, would it be alright to ask if they changed the settings to where it doesn't mess with the .env file to toggle "false" to "true" in two lines of the settings?

well, from my experience a few days ago, even if you toggle off the encryption settings in cultivation, for some reason it still messes with the .env file to set it to "true", the solution was to not use cultivation and just open the .exe file (not the launcher) within the Anime Game main folder

I think you've got it backwards, Cultivation doesn't change it to true, it's already true by default
The button in Cultivation is to set it to false

right, so I changed that to "false" but when I tried to launch the game via Cultivation, it automatically got changed to "true"

Although there is a bug with the button where a customized config.json doesn't get written to correctly, so the button doesn't work and you have to change it manually

Just as a note as well, if you have a fresh grasscutter download and click to toggle encryption before the config is generated (from first run of the server) then it also won't apply (because the file doesn't exist) and you'll have to change it after starting the server once
