You can safely ignore this, it just means you don't have a registry entry there for cultivation to delete, it does not affect you playing at all

Game crashing would be due to incorrect userassembly patch or otherwise damaged game files, the registry is unrelated

Right, you need the right one for your game version and region I believe, and it needs to be named "UserAssembly.dll"
