You can't connect because encryption is disabled, that only applies to Cultivation

Ok and did you fully set up Fiddler? Remember you need to restart the server after you change encryption settings

Yeah that would be why, those settings won't apply until restart

I'm having trouble server busy issue(521) when connecting via public servers shown in discords. It seems having no problem when I connect via my localhost but having busy 521 issue especially in the case of public-servers(yui). Does anyone one know how to resolve it?

Public server problem = out of your control, can't do anything about it. Public servers are usually not running, not up to date, or otherwise inaccessible. For reference, the only two servers I know of that are available for 3.2 are genshin.ps.yuuki.me and sandbox.cherrymint.live

My region is in Asia so hope 3.2 public server for asia be opened. Yui was one of them but gone wrong by somehow or closed by its manager I think

sorry bro Can I ask you a question irrelevant to this? Different from public servers, mine is also 3.2 resources updated but there are no any monsters spawn in fields of Sumeru include the desert part. Do you know how to fix them?

Last I heard normal mob spawns in sumeru weren't implemented, you'd have to go about adding it yourself

If it has been added then you would just need to make sure your local server has "enableScriptInBigWorld" set to true in config.json and then restart the server

Sorry I'm just noob to private genshin server 😄 I'm just a noob learned how to connect via my private. So I should add spawn monster sumeru somehow in resources and then change settings config.json right?

Honestly if it hasn't already been added then it wouldn't really be something reasonable for you to add yourself haha, you should just set the "enableScriptInBigWorld" setting to true anyways to make sure that world mobs spawn though. If the sumeru ones are implemented then they'll spawn in then
