just turn off your proxy

The game also needs to be closed, and just as a note if you closed the game normally it would have turned off correctly as well

Close the game, then Cultivation, then if the proxy is on in settings turn it off

#

Click into a different setting tab and then back and see if the proxy is still off

Then your issues aren't due to Cultivation
