I also tested YaoYao since it seemed someone else also had that issue, but no problem on my end. Probably just cherrymint needs to update resources? Assuming the other person was also there

Oh actually totally misread that too, any characters not in the current ver of the game won't work (even if you can add them, though generally you shouldn't be able to)
But anyways as long as you don't make a broken character the only character on your team, you can remove them via commands. But if you make all your characters broken ones or have your team be only the broken character then you'll need to make a new account

That's probably actually cherrymint resources just being a bit out of date, but just know she'll only show up in party manager, not in archive (since the game ver is for 1st half)
But in general if you have any 3.1 characters you should have all of them
There is no command to do it, there is a plugin for it but since you're on an external server you can't use it unfortunately
You will just have to use /give mats x999 and /give 202 x99999 and manually ascend
Adventure rank you can change with /prop player_level (level) or by giving yourself adventure exp
