i saw a question mark character and when i clicked it my game was stuck and i restarted it to this

You're trying to use a character that is not real, i.e. test character, naked man, etc

#

Seeing as you have nobody else on your team, you would need to add a real avatar and then remove the broken one

As long as that is eu.genshin.ps.yuuki.me or sg.genshin.ps.yuuki.me since those are official, then your game has the issue

Make sure your game is the right version and repair in official launcher
