Cultivation natively supports Akebi

Also, this is because Fiddler uses HTTPS requests, but since you are using Cultivation, your server has encryption disabled

If you enable encryption, Fiddler will work

Cultivation uses it disabled, but Fiddler needs it enabled. You can change it easily with the button in Cultivation settings

But yeah, again, much easier to use the built-in Cultivation support for akebi and not have to mess around with other settings
