Moss is a beautiful game and that's an understatement, like it a lot! But where's the game menu on quest 3? Installed it a few times over and over again, clear game cache, etc. No way to see the game menu. Screen just pauses and darkens/dims when pressing the game menu button on the left controller.

That's so strange! I also have a Quest 3 and the menu works as it should 😦 When the menu's open, what happens if you push in the thumbstick? Normally this hides the menu entirely, but I'm wondering if it'll help you.

Actually, rereading what you just said, when the menu disappeared were you sitting in a different spot?

Exactly. Sitting in a different spot fixed it. Don't know what will happen if I sit back in my couch again. Will try this tomorrow.

When you do, and if the menu is missing again, try holding the Meta button on the right hand controller and selecting reset view.
This is just a guess, but because the menu occupies a 3D space like the rest of the game, it might have been expecting you to be sat somewhere else, and showed the menu towards that direction.

That didn't work, tried that. The only thing that worked was to sit somewhere else.
