Ok near the end he sort of throws and nukes Italy/Germany, I think it might be him just getting mad though, if he repeats this behavior he will get banned but he just looks like a really poor and angry teammate

He shows a pretty blatant behavior of a bad player

• he spontaneously makes and doesn’t make individual troops
• he flipflops budgets and ideologies constantly
• he probably got mad and started nuking teammates out of spite

The last one could also be just throwing, but also if he really wanted to kill his own eco, he’d run max budget and -18% growth

I guess I’ll check his other games later also to see if this is an abnormality or just how he plays
