I suggest limiting China's army to 300 million in Battle Royale because I was dropped from the rankings due to it and lost a lot of coins.

We can’t just hard cap the military of a country, at best we give China an artificial nerf (i.e. modifier bonus) to reduce the likelihood of them winning
