I could see it like this, Russia: due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and is threatening the security of Europe, likely starts WW3

Likely all of Pulling CSTO into the war

Due to Chinese-Russian relations diminishing, China would likely be neutral. Given the fact that they’re a trade with the U.S.A and would pull them into the war.

As for Africa, most of the Russian aligned countries would remain neutral, possibly supporting them via supplies and ammunition
