The “Celtic Liberation Army” is directly supported by Ireland as they attempt to take advantage of the collapse of the UK to reunify Ireland and form a Celtic union

#

The “Islamic State of England” rose in Islamic majority regions against the Loyalist Forces who they call radical extremists, both sides give the other this title.

#

The other english factions are simply breakaway regions who wanted nothing to do with the collapsing government in Westminster but are forced to mobilise an army fearing attacks from the ISE and the Celtics

#

Scotland breaking away explains itself, a decent portion of the population has been trying to for a while, and so like the others, took advantage of the weak government in Westminster to declare their independence putting them at a pretty strong standing in the civil war

That has nothing to do with mod.io, that is an option in the game you select when uploading your maps so others can't steal it and reupload your maps, problem is you probably started with a map like that as base so even if you didn't upload it, the original is marked as owned by another user
