Modern Map adjusted to follow accurate borders and include some active conflict territories.

The Middle-Eastern portion of this map was made before the SDF and Suwayda Druze Governate agreed to integrate themselves within the main Syrian government yet still includes the Palestinian Local Authority and Hamas which is too small to create accurate Israeli controlled borders.

#

I spend hours, sometimes extending to days and weeks, making sure my maps are as accurate as possible.

I use several sources to ensure my borders are accurate, I do not rely on in-game mapping except where modern province borders follow river or mountain line borders which helps me get the process done faster.

The SDF have since withdrawn from Aleppo, I will update this in my map. Show support if you want continued updates to the modern map as I consistently follow the geopolitical state of the world and will include more conflicts if enough interest is shown.

Next to be added would be the Sudanese Civil War which South Sudan has since been involved in along with the DRC Civil War funded by Rwanda.

#

ISIS and other groups in North-Western Africa would come after that, I just need to see enough support/recognition to justify the effort I’d put in to make it as accurate as ever seen before.

I will put the time and effort in to make my maps the best they possibly can be and publish them should you all show support for my work. Trust me when I say that you will not find any maps more accurate than mine.

Yeah, I think it’s because of the template I used, even though I deleted the original, it’s still on my mod io account, and I can’t get rid of it. The template I used was adjusted using the province map so the borders are less like straight lines and look more visually pleasing in general. Given the fact I have used that as a base map so the borders look nice to create most of my maps, I can’t upload any of them. I could re-make the perfect borders map and go from there but it’s just a lot of work for me to do right now and I’m busy with more important things in real life. I’ll get around to it eventually and if I do, I will post the maps in here mentioning that they are downloadable with a direct link to the map.
