Like this is so annoying, one moment we are allies and the game breaks it of and both of our military kill them selves. Sometimes we don't even realise it. Like the players should have supreme control over his country. He knows what to do.

Being at war in the game just means having less than 25 diplomacy, and diplomacy can decrease indirectly too if you attack their allies, nuke people, etc
