with different devices

and different emails

Try a different email or free some space in your account, I see an error that it's probably from you that says:
The recipient's inbox is out of storage space and inactive. Please direct the recipient to https://support.google.com/mail/?p=OverQuotaPerm

btw: I had 2,5k coins on my phone

and 3,6k on my PC

I logged in on my phone and now I lost all the coins that I had on the phone

2,5k gone

When you link accounts you only preserve the highest achievement for each category, otherwise everybody would just link all accounts to get free coins

And you are probably still receiving basic plain text emails but not rich text emails with images and such so I would recommend you fix that because you might be missing some emails
