This is a bug that I thought had been fixed in the update, but it hasn’t. It occurres when I make custom maps and shift borders/make countries annex territory. It basically visually boosts up population/economy to the max, or to the absolute minimum, even though the country in the overview and in reality doesn’t have that level of economy or population.
If this helps in any way, it only happens on mobile devices.
