They are god damn useless u have to kil lthe county to establish the puppet and u lose all the population and economy and the military to even kill the country ik they can get a military and help u in wars but that never happened u should add influence if a nation is financially struggling or in a financial crises u can bail them out and get influence on them if u get like 80%-100% influence u should be able to puppet them the puppet thing can be easier on smaller nations and harder on bigger stronger nations your army also effects influence a bigger army intimidates them and makes them scared so u can influence them more for example Germany as Germany u bail out/ give money-aid to Czechia and than puppet them and inforce your claim on the sudadenland this should add a layer of realism to the game and u should be able to claim new lands and either make them hold a referendum to be annexed into Germany or just force them too(by using your influence over the country as there master or the military will scare them or the people like you or stupid enough to join you! ) this should also add diplomacy and should be able to add a layer of diplomacy war and realism and make the game more complex in a fun way (and u must be able to manually claim more land if u have a historical reason or other) u shouldn’t be able to claim haungry as uk u should be able to claim it as Austria as its a land of the austro hungarian empire

Guys here's more understandable one:

Puppets in the game are too difficult to manage. To make a country a puppet, you have to destroy it, which means losing all its population, economy, and military. Instead, introduce a system where you can influence struggling nations by bailing them out financially. Once you have enough influence (80%-100%), you should be able to puppet them more easily, especially for smaller nations.

Your military strength should also impact your influence; a larger army can intimidate and sway nations more effectively. For example, as Germany, you could help Czechia financially, then puppet them to push for claims on the Sudetenland.

Adding these mechanics would make the game more realistic and complex, allowing for diplomatic strategies like bailing out nations and using influence to annex territories, reflecting historical contexts more accurately.
