what I mean is if you want to give independence to a province of yours or just an area for some reason you can go click on your country and there can be a button named “release country” or “create new country” basically like how the British colonized Palestine and created Israel but if you do it where a country took over already has a claim on the area you’re creating the country it’ll be put onto the new country, you also can give this new country military,gdp,liquidity and research and the country will be your puppet if you click a button called “set as puppet” but if you don’t want it for some reason you don’t have to click it.
