This button would allow to make riots in different countries, how it's works; So when u press u have to pay some money and then click on button and choose location. You would see the ethical groups in different countries like countries that want independence, and other. After u do it and pay the money to group, it has chance to make non existent country to fight for independence and make it existing.

So basically like rebelions which already exist? But people didn't like them so they are only in custom mode now
They just make game longer, and annoying to deal with

It was added to main game, and people didn't like it, so it got moved to custom only

Cuz I meant that the thing wouldn't revive the former country, that wants independence
But instead make a unexisting one from uprisings
Like brand new in old country territory

That won't work, because there is 250 country limit
You can't just create new countries

it cant go over 250 or it will lag on phones or bad pcs
