This idea is kinda useless but u should be able to build a railway in which city u want. Also, i think every city in the game should be presented as a little red dot like in RON rather then just the capital, and this. Additionally workers will be building what u request to construct. you can control there wage, there pay. They can strike if u underpay them or give bad working conditions
