A gas powered car/4x4 could be used to carry the harvest ,and also expanding whit different accessories, for example bike carrier for ebike ,to make traveling more versatile and strategic, you park the car continue whit a fat tire ebike that could also carry harvest if expanded whit a specific trailer, and suitable for all terrain due to electric assist and fat tires, would make maneuvering in dense forest easier quiter and faster also fun just cruising around on two wheels especially downhill.
Could be a standalone dlc pack whit bije trailer and optional panniers for stoarge mounted separately.

Also as role playing element gun /bow /crossbow cleaning maintenance wich would affect performance if not done

Also animals to be managed trough relocation, predators for example that affects herbivores population if too many etc
Or outstanding males whit good genetics to be captured and moved into other herds to improve genetics ,and at this stage females should also have trophy rating and genetic impact.

Would give a whole new aproach to the gameplay .
Especially if these specimens could be traded or sold for in game money between players in an online interface, then all that time and work input into the game progression and achievements could bring the whole game to a different kind of userbase interaction (exchanging, guns,animals)

And here we arrive to weapon workshop and tuning, players whit advanced gameplay could tune weapons that are awaylable for purchase as dlc and have option for tuning, or even the weapon workshop could be an optional dlc who want to take the time to do this kind of activity, and offer for other players for sale/exchange trough the in game market .
This way all that in game money would make sense and would give the game an almost endless gameplay and self driven storyline, regarding how you engage whit the game, just hunt and let others do these dificult and time demanding activities ,just aquire their items,animals to offer etc,

And at this stage comes the part where the whole crafting role playing is making a huge impact:
MULTI-PLAYER!!!!!!

you can chose and go hunting on other people's maps in multi-player and buy tags for animals they herd managed, either alone having at disposal all items they rent and already achieved built in game,like cars,ebikes,horse,places setup for hunting, and even have guided hunt by beeing acompanied by the map host.

Also this could be transitioned into a rangers vs poachers multi-player game mode .

Or if all the above technically is too much to be implemented then at least a similar aproach whit predefined elements trough a well written storyline, you start as a rangers assistant and evolve trough professional hunter carrier into wildlife and reserves management .

Maybe the 3rd iteration of the series will make all this possible on unreal engine 6.
