Regenerating trees.

Having regenrating trees let's you cut down trees on favorite hunting spots for creating a better line of sight without the possibility to clean the whole map of trees.
In order to be able to cut down a tree or two you have to buy a permit for at a hefty price.

I like this idea but instead of one or two trees I would like to create complete cutovers.

Might not be realistic game wise but still a man can dream

You can still do it IRL take the northeastern states like Michigan they clear areas to hunt and create grain patches in the woods or forest

I said gamewise as in implementing it into the game. I hunt on land that is basically entirely just cutovers.
