the easy answer is No, and the long answer is, 5 Ghz is short-ranged but it has a stable and constant connection within the range, 2.4 GHz on the other hand is long-ranged compared to 5GHz, but somewhat unstable due to the short list of channels in 2.4GHz. so as long as you have a good enough connection from your ISP, either band should not hamper with one another. you can run both simultaneously as I am running dual-band wifi since 2019...

LoL, the infrared sensor in your device which detects when you put your phone next to your ears when calling, is blocked by grease or something, probably the protector you put on is not a good quality. Removing it should solve the problem plus try cleaning the rad highlighted area as well.
