I was a very hardcore Windows user, but I finally made my mind to switch to Linux!
there are multiple reasons,
firstly, bro... my Insta ID got hacked! and not just once. I believe it's a token grabber of some sort...
I changed my password, enabled 2FA but still no luck! Linux should take care of this right? because the grabber is most likely an Windows executable.
and yea, I don't really care about an Insta ID.. but it's a massive security concern! I have all my banking details and stuff stored in my PC 😭
then comes this windows update loophole shit...
it's been here for more than a month! I've restarted my system countless times! but still no luck.. and it's not just me who's facing this shitty bug, I've visited couple of forums they have this exact same problem as well... and it's super annoying. It triggers an annoying pop-up every day to remind me of updating windows... and there's no way to prevent it... LIKE BRO IT'S NOT EVEN WORKING, STOP FORCING ME lol
at this point it almost feels like Microsoft is spoon feeding me.... waiting for them to push updates and fixes.... and that too is broken 💀
there are many more countless reasons I can go on forever, the only reason I was stuck with Windows were the Adobe products, but I don't need them now.
so yeah... I'm finally switching to Linux
I use it for server management and stuff and tried a couple of distro's in past, so it won't be that much of a big deal to daily drive it ig?
