The respawn system was supposed to be after you die you possess another human until your team runs out of lives. That's gone. Instead we have a class and cosmetic system.

"We’ve worked hard to keep each match fresh, so there are several ways for humans to win the match: they can either keep the majority of citizens alive throughout the match, flee the town, or - my favorite - take the fight to the Klowns. If your team decides to fight back, you will have to sneak inside the Big Top spaceship, sabotage its systems, and destroy the cotton candy neon pink power core to make Killer Klowns vulnerable and put them on the run. Doing that removes the Klowns of their ability to respawn."

I like the game we have, but it feels like if you tried to make Friday the 13th again, but forgot to add the cabins and made escaping somehow easier and more annoying at the same time.

Yes I know there's houses but realistically when have you ever had to hide in a house, or when has that ever been a good choice.

And the kills suck, like worst part of the game suck, killing a human is 10 times easier then trying to use one of the cotton candy guns. And the incentive to actually bring them to a hook afterwards is minimal.

Too much dead by daylight inspiration, escapes are guaranteed which I don't think anybody likes, there was nothing more fun that getting chased while you were in the car or in the boat in the 13th.

that entire aspect of the game was back when teravision was working with good shepherd entertainment before good shepherd got replaced with illfonic

while this isn't confirmed, it seems pretty likely that things changed during that transfer process

i honestly don't see it happening given how the game currently is

while i very much like the game as is, the original idea was much more exciting cuz it gave off the idea that you were actually going to be....playing the invasion and not just the aftermath of an invasion

Couldn't agree more with all that was said. Escaping is way too easy as a human. Finding weapons is either too easy or too difficult I've noticed, like I either find 3 already loaded revolvers in a match or I can't find any good weapons if I'm too far from the meeting point. Escapes and hiding needs work too. Almost no one is going to hide in a closet or container when it's better to hide in bushes, etc. and I agree there needs to be more incentive to cocoon humans somehow

The game does not really need another map in my opinion, let alone another cosmetic item or character unless it's going to be something from the movie that isn't in the game already

Yeah that sounds like a good idea if the crazy straw is involved which seems to be missing from the game if I'm not mistaken?

I mean the XP is a factor, but it's more like, oh that's cool after the match. No ones really focusing on optimizing the output

What if Klowns only had one life and had to be resurrected somehow like humans? Maybe they would be less careless

Make cocooning downed players almost instant, and limit executions per match. That's the only thing I could think would work.

It is almost instant if you know what you're doing, I can cocoon someone within 4 seconds with the Pentashot

Not to mention make the revive machine easier, I've not had a single match where somebody used that apart from player launch day

Well there is the boosted speed if 2 Klowns cocoon someone at the same time but that is the closest to what you are saying

But the problem with cocooning is humans leave matches because they don't have the patience to be potentially rescued or revived if they die. Personally I think they need to add a shorter match, like 7 minutes and I think that would solve a lot of problems

I think they need to make escapes actually make sense, and harder at the same time.

I see people use the revive machine like every other match myself, but usually not that many people get revived because they escaped

The bridge collapsing by somebody walking on it? The bunker only holding four people? It's all dumb.

Like there's nothing worse then having to sit there all match because you found all the stuff for the boat early

It feels lazy, and more then half the time the ice cream truck doesn't even show up, and when it does sometimes there's no indicator for it.

I think if you escaped early or even escaped at all you should have the option to get your XP and move onto the next match

Either a radio you find in game or just a chance after you escape

I also wish the klown apocalypse was sped up by mini game and not by hooking random pods

Pull an Officer Dan card and u show up in game as him with a Shotgun and ammo and a lot of health.

The game just posted a short clip of a what seems like an old build of the game due to the icons and UI being the old version but something I noticed was the THERE WAD A FORTH TRICK??

It seems like the passive every class was so supposed to be unique to them?

The UI for the tricks is clearly missing the fourth trick I hope the gameplay features for this months update adds them, or maybe the ones later one
