After following the tutorial on transferring weights from Mario to the new model from Miibumm: (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/987953379005308968/1121519926746808340/character.mp4), and exporting the model into Unity

Go to Assets > Resources > Prefab and Copy and paste "PlayerMario" prefab (You can rename it so its easier to find)

Change the mesh in the PlayerMario Prefab that you copied to the character you want and apply the textures to the new prefab

Once you do that you go to Assets > Resources > Scriptables > Characters and copy and paste the "Mario" player data there (again renaming is optional)

Change the Prefab in the Mario player data you just copy and pasted to the new prefab you created earlier

Go to Assets > Resources > Prefabs > Static and go into "GlobalController" and add a new character and change it to the new player data

In the Main Menu scene you go to "Canvas > StoneBG > CurrentLobby > SettingsPanel > ViewPort > Content > LblCharacter > CharacterDropdown" Add your new character to the CharacterDropdown
