Hey everyone! We’re currently looking for someone to take the Education Lead role in our Education project.
The main idea is pretty simple — we need someone who can help manage the education side of things, work with our teachers and mentors, and help keep everything organized.
You’ll mainly be helping with:
- Working with and supporting teachers and mentors
- Organizing the educational process
- Dealing with problems and helping find solutions
- Helping decide what needs to be changed or improved
- Keeping things moving when something needs to be done
For this role, we’re looking for someone who understands the music industry, has enough experience to help other teachers, and is comfortable working with people. You don’t need to have a lot of management experience. What matters more is that you know the industry, can communicate with people, and are comfortable taking responsibility.
