so im unable to find the spline plugin even i have started the standalone still its not avaible with fl studio

you seem to be putting it in the fl studio plugin folder. it's designed for only fl studio plugins

also splice INSTRUMENT is supposed to install by itself, how did you get that there

and aaxplugin (.aax) is made for Pro Tools so if you have unselected the other options, turn them back on
