Im quite new to FL, I know how it works, I know how to make beats but i am just in a constant beat block, I cant get anything out, everything I do is just straight garbage. I just want to know what could help me get through this phase. Maybe im just struggling with perfectionism, but I don´t really know what to do im really frustrated. I would really appreciate if someone would comment their view on this. Thank you!

To be able to make good music takes a lot of time and experience. Everyone when they just began won't be able to make something that is great, and actually sounds appealing to a normal listener. It's a matter of time before you gain enough experience to make something better. You could try being more consistent by spending a few hours everyday making something that you like, and you will eventually get better.
Creative works such as music is difficult to explain because it mostly relies on your imagination to do it, and tutorials won't get you far even if you keep watching them and don't make something. Over time, your brain will starts to realize what is good and what is bad to do, filtering them out so you can start making better music much faster.
With that said, just keep on going and don't give up 🙂
