New to FL Studio. How can I recreate these notes?

I'm not too familiar with anything in FL Studio, though I did learn the minimal basics about the playlist, patterns, the channel rack, etc. The thing I really struggle with are notes in the piano roll. I have no idea how to create a certain sound I have in mind.
