I sample off vinyl when i need to, simply aux to computer (at-lp60x), but but comes in with a buzz. of course i limiter and EQ it out, but even with low setting the limiter can be fickle sometimes, i run my mic through a Scarlet Solo which doesnt have a normal aux, which is an evenue to think about What would be the relativly cheap and decent thing to do to fix this

Have you tried Edison's noise removal tool?

If the buzz is consistent you can sometimes get better results that way.

If you feel like it's worth the effort there are also more extreme options but those would require getting specialized software.

At that point it would be worth improving your recording setup so you get a cleaner signal to start with imo.
