Step back and realize you're trying to hammer a nail in with a wrench

Render out the non-live stuff and edit with a proper video editor

#

That'll give you one video to work with which you can play using ZGame or Fruity Video Player if you so desire

As far as I'm aware, not within FL Studio at least. VFX artists usually have their own software for handling effects like these. FL is not built for live performances to begin with.
