It crashes every so often. It won’t let me place new files or audio, it won’t start a new project, I can’t copy & paste or make a beat. I tried to restart my laptop, it didn’t work. I don’t know what to do at this point

why did you set a browser as a background? Is there a chance you can reinstall and clear all settings? Also are you using OneDrive for your documents?
