Yes, I read that, but right now that’s not my experience. I didn’t expect this to happen when purchasing. I think the issue might be because I live in Thailand and I made the purchase over the weekend. I’ve read that they need to activate things manually, but what I’m really wondering is why my first purchase was refunded. Maybe that means they did it manually?
I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this. Anyway, I’ll send them a ticket and hopefully get it resolved. Thanks a lot for your help!
