can someone help me reduce delay from mic when i hear myself?

yeah unlink it from the mixer track like this, de-link the mic-in mixer insert from the master

unless you mean hear it, but with less latency. then you'd need to look into checking/changing audio drivers, and/or adjusting buffer size, both which are able to be accessed through Audio Settings
