Are they too high, too low? Each 808 will have its own adjustments. For me, I usually use an EQ to reduce some of the high/mid of the 808. If the 808 dosen't have enough of a punch, I'd add a kick with each 808 hit to add to it (they can mesh really well). Does that help?

Cool, let me know if you have any other questions

#

All good man, so you can either transpose it down 12 steps to maintain the pitch but to drop it down an octave. Or you can just play lower notes on the piano roll.

#

Does that help?

#

Yea you should be able to

#

The EQ will just adjust the loudness of certain parts of a certain waveform. It does not affect the pitch (reliant on the original waveform), just the loudness of different parts of the waveform.

#

So you should use an EQ to adjust its sound but transpose it to have it play a lower note

#

What do you mean?

#

Oh yeah lol thats wayy too high

#

So here let me see if I can send a SC to help

#

So get to this page and adjust the thing I have circled to the number 12

#

and then turn that knob next to it all the way to the left**. And then send me another clip

You are in the playlist rn. To place notes into a pattern you need to be in either the channel rack or piano roll (see circled)
