Seems like you CPU usage is sky rocketing, and looks like your ram usage is up there aswell..
Either try to export your MIDI patterns into audio clips and then put them in your playlist - Or try enabling 'Smart Disable' for your plugins, in order to use your resources more efficiently!

One other setting to help with CPU usage is increasing buffer size. Option > Audio Settings > Buffer Length. Experiment with buffer size, but I'll usually bump it up to 1024 or 2048 when mixing
