does anyone know the shortcut to cut midi to the smallest size?

im trying to basically make them all the same. so i want it to be the size of the green circled midi. ty

Set your snap size to match your smallest note there, and use "Discard Lengths" with Shift+D

All notes in your piano roll will now be the same size, snapped to the grid.
