Project is bugged. I keep looking through backups, but they're bugged too

even projects I saved that worked before don't work now either

again, I really can't sit here and wait unlike any other project and send it over to a forum, so any suggestions would be great.

I sat here initially, using stock plugins. the project was given in collaboration with some additional plugins, and there was things showing it was missing, and I thought I deleted them, but it never showed it did.
If I try the diagnostic tool, it deletes all the plugins from the mixer, and not just one plugin

I had analog obsessions dynasaur downloaded, and gsatplus, and chow tape model.
and it didn't seem at the time they were giving problems, but I ended up uninstalling them, because I thought that would fix the problem. but it didn't. I don't know what to do.
