Zgame should be under the Visual category of your Effect plugins in the Mixer.
If it's missing for whatever reason, you should hopefully find it under Installed/Effects/Fruity, as the last plugin in the list.

If you cannot locate the FST file, you'll probably have to rebuild the plugin database, which will re-initialize the plugin database, installing all the default plugin presets.
