Have you gone through the manual page on the subject:
https://www.image-line.com/fl-studio-learning/fl-studio-online-manual/html/basics_externalplugins.htm
It's pretty thorough IMO.
as teh manual recommends, install them to the default plugin locations, which are also found on the manual page.
In genera installers should default to the proepr paths
Lone DLL files may need to be moved manually
idk if im right but i have tried moving the files to the vst folder but they just get returner when i search
i dont have ant VST3 or 2 folder just VST
i just tried moving my plugin into the VST folder and it just got sent back to downloads
This shouldn't happen. You may need administrator privileges to copy the plugin.dll, but it shouldn't "move" back if it's been set there
ye idk
Alternatively, make your own folder for plugins, and add it to the plugin search path, as outlined in the manual.
That does not look like a plugin. That looks like a drum kit, with samples.
yes i think it is
wait ive been doing it all wrong?!
but if then how do i get that drum kit and samples into fl

TLDR, extract the zip, then drag/drop into the browser.
