I can see that you have multiple search path folders which you could clear up since they're listed multiple times. As long as you have all the .dll files and everything is installed properly nothing should be gone. I would start to rescan and verify all plugins. I would also recommend you to update to 21 even if it's not connected to your problem

Im up to date I just spent a few hours trying to get it to work but its still not
That's "Fl studio" on the right
Im dragging them from there into "Fl Studio 21" on the lef

left from the plugin search path is a small folder icon with an x. that should remove them
