proteus vx is not working properly (please help)

im trying to use the Proteus VX plugin but every time i try to load the Proteus X Composer thingymabob it doesnt work

i had this issue, but then i closed fl, ran the proteus vx standalone as administrator, then tried the vst again in fl then it worked
